Ausra did an amazing job with my flower order, the friend who received it described it as "the most exquisite flower arrangement"! No other flower business would have taken care with such details, texting a picture before it was delivered(I let her know their favorite color and it was perfect?), letting me know the person wasn't home when she delivered it but she also sent them a message letting them know there was a delivery so it wouldn't be left out unattended for too long. I would highly recommend her services to anyone with her creativity, attention to detail and personal touch!?

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Soul’s Greenhouse! Ordering online was incredibly easy, and I was beyond happy with how beautiful the arrangement turned out. What really impressed me was the level of service — they texted me a photo of the completed arrangement before it was delivered, and then sent another photo showing the flowers being delivered. I have never had a florist provide that kind of personal touch!

The flowers were beautiful, the service was exceptional, and the entire process was so easy from start to finish. I highly recommend Soul’s Greenhouse and will definitely be using them again!

Literally stunning it came out even better than the photo. She took the time to send me photos of the flowers and the location where they were left since the recipient didn’t answer the door and then followed up after to let me know when she did receive them. Top-tier service they are now my go to!!

best customer service in the USA! Ausra does a perfect job every time-- Wouldn't think of using another florist in the N. Chicago area!

I order flowers often for many different occasions, and I decided to try a new company- I'm so glad I did. The customer service absolutely blew me away. I asked if it was possible to tweak my order to make it a bit more whimsical with some wildflowers, and they were incredibly accommodating. They confirmed the date and time via text, sent updates on the substitutions made, and even shared photos of the arrangement before it went out and a text once it was delivered.

The arrangement itself was stunning- exactly what I envisioned. Truly superb customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I have been ordering from Souls greenhouse for a few years now for birthdays, anniversaries, mothers day etc. and they never cease to amaze me. Every arrangement feels so personal and you can really tell they love what they do. Ordering is so easy and a great delivery process with a sneak preview of the flowers and notification when they've been delivered.

This is the second year I have used Soul's Greenhouse to purchase a beautiful birthday arrangement for my sister in law and let me tell you, they were fabulous and she loved them. Ausra put together an absolutely stunning custom arrangement. I gave a few suggestions and she put together something even better than I imagined.
