I had such a wonderful experience with this local florist. The personal attention made all the difference. I don't live in the area and didn't want to use a big-box flower service. You can tell they truly care. They went above and beyond to ensure it was delivered safely due to weather conditions, and the arrangement was absolutely stunning. Outstanding service, beautiful arrangements, and such friendly care. Ausra was incredible, professional, kind and kept me informed along the way. I loved receiving photos of the arrangement ahead of time - it was even more beautiful than the website. You can tell she takes great care with each arrangement and has an incredible talent for what she does. My daughter-in-law loved them and said they brought a smile during a difficult time. Thanks Ausra for all you do and the wonderful service!?

Very happy with both the design and quality of the arrangement, and excellent customer service. I had looked at a few other florists and in addition to delivery charges, there was a "service fee", something Soul's Greenhouse did not charge. One of the reasons they received my business.
