Very happy with both the design and quality of the arrangement, and excellent customer service. I had looked at a few other florists and in addition to delivery charges, there was a "service fee", something Soul's Greenhouse did not charge. One of the reasons they received my business. From the start my ordering was ready with beautiful selections to choose from. But then I was blown away when Austa sent me a text to let me my order was ready to be delivered and sent me a picture of the arrangement going to my sister in law. Then things went above and beyond serve I have never seen by a florist before. When they were delivered Ausra took a picture of the flowers with the person they were sent for. She kept me up to date and was a pleasure to chat with AND my sister in law was also extremely impressed by the delivery process and the amazing arrangement.
