I couldn't have asked for more. I had mistyped my friend's address, and on top of that, once that was corrected, my friend was out at an exercise class and hadn't taken her phone. They informed me and showed me and texted me a photo of where the flowers were placed to be safe and out of direct sunlight. My friend was over the moon at how gorgeous the bouquet was and all the effort to make sure it arrived perfectly.
