I order flowers often for many different occasions, and I decided to try a new company- I'm so glad I did. The customer service absolutely blew me away. I asked if it was possible to tweak my order to make it a bit more whimsical with some wildflowers, and they were incredibly accommodating. They confirmed the date and time via text, sent updates on the substitutions made, and even shared photos of the arrangement before it went out and a text once it was delivered.

The arrangement itself was stunning- exactly what I envisioned. Truly superb customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I have been ordering from Souls greenhouse for a few years now for birthdays, anniversaries, mothers day etc. and they never cease to amaze me. Every arrangement feels so personal and you can really tell they love what they do. Ordering is so easy and a great delivery process with a sneak preview of the flowers and notification when they've been delivered.

This is the second year I have used Soul's Greenhouse to purchase a beautiful birthday arrangement for my sister in law and let me tell you, they were fabulous and she loved them. Ausra put together an absolutely stunning custom arrangement. I gave a few suggestions and she put together something even better than I imagined. She stayed in contact with me and updates the entire time. Who knew that flowers and kindness could make someone (me) so emotional. Ausra delivered 5 different, beautiful and well-conceived flower arrangements consistently over a 5 week period while my daughter was on bed rest prior to delivering her second child. I’m so happy with my experience. Ausra was amazing from start to finish. I ordered an arrangement for my mom’s birthday. Living out of state, I really appreciated how hands on Ausra was with updating me of the process. She texted me photos of the arrangement before it was sent out, let me know when it was out for delivery & also took a photo of my mom’s smiling face with her beautiful flowers. It made me feel like I was there even from miles away! I will definitely be ordering from here again

This was the best experience I have ever had ordering flowers. Ausra was absolutely amazing and she went above and beyond. Her communication was top-notch, and she was so kind and wonderful to talk to.
I was ordering a sympathy bouquet for my best friend, and I could even see the love Ausra put into the arrangement. A++++ all around and I will absolutely be a long-time customer and tell everyone I know about Soul’s Greenhouse.

Ausra was exceptional from my initial visit to her website to order placement to arranging to delivery and follow up! I started with a Saturday morning text before business hours to inquire about possible delivery that day. She responded within minutes and confirmed she could. Following a couple more basic texts we shifted to a call to finalize. I was wowed when I saw her arrangement, as was my daughter who received it 2 hours later in her hospital room. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Soul’s Greenhouse florists make the most beautiful bouquets that especially shine on the wintery days. The service is outstanding-a picture of the bouquet was sent to me, a note when it was delivered and a chuckle about my sister’s pint size dog guardian. Very pleasant communications. They are my go-to-florist in that area!

Highly recommend Soul’s Greenhouse. It was so easy to place an order from out of town, to be delivered to a family member. Ausra’s communication was fantastic. She sent me a photo of the bouquet, to let me know it was going out for delivery. The bouquet was even better than I hoped for. More times than not, the actual bouquets are smaller than website photos make them appear and than the price charged leads you to assume it will be. This was not the case with Soul’s! The bouquet was larger and even more full than I expected. After delivery, Ausra again communicated with me, which was so appreciated. Cannot recommend enough!

I have to say my experience with Soul's Greenhouse, and in particular Ausra, was Gold Star excellence! Ausra went above and beyond to ensure my mother received a beautiful bouquet of flowers for her birthday. I can't Thank You enough for making my mother's birthday even more special!
